1. About GetOwnerFlow

GetOwnerFlow ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website getownerflow.com and provides homeowners with AI-generated educational content, listing copy, marketing materials, and informational guidance related to selling residential real estate without a licensed real estate agent.

By purchasing any product or service from GetOwnerFlow, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Not Professional Advice

GetOwnerFlow provides educational and informational content only. We are not a licensed real estate broker, sales agent, buyer's agent, real estate attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing on this website or in any package delivered by GetOwnerFlow constitutes:

Professional real estate advice or brokerage services
Legal advice of any kind
Financial or investment advice
Tax advice

You are solely responsible for your own decisions when selling your home. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed real estate attorney, CPA, and/or a licensed real estate professional in your state for any legal, financial, or regulatory questions related to your transaction.

3. Our Services

GetOwnerFlow currently offers the following one-time paid packages:

Listing Package ($299): Includes a pricing analysis report, MLS-ready description, Zillow listing copy, marketing bullet points, open house flyer (PDF), and social media posts.
Full Advisor Package ($499): Includes everything in the Listing Package, plus offer evaluation and counteroffer drafting guidance, inspection response guidance, closing timeline and checklist, and 30-day chat access to ask questions at any stage of the sale process.

All deliverables are informational and educational in nature. GetOwnerFlow does not act as your agent, represent you in any transaction, or execute any transaction on your behalf.

4. No Guarantee of Sale Outcome

GetOwnerFlow makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that:

Your home will sell as a result of using our services
The listing materials provided will attract buyers or achieve any particular price
Any pricing analysis or comparable sales report will be accurate or complete
You will save any particular amount of money by selling without an agent

Real estate outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including local market conditions, property condition, pricing, buyer demand, and many other variables. Past results described or implied in our marketing materials are not indicative of future results.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following refund policy:

Before delivery: If you contact us before we begin work on your package, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.
After delivery: No refunds are issued once your package has been delivered. Because our service involves custom-built content created specifically for your property, delivery constitutes full performance of our obligation.
Disputes: If you believe there is an error or material deficiency in your package, please contact us at admin@getownerflow.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will review and revise your package at no additional charge if the issue is within our scope of services.

6. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all packages within 2 business hours of receiving your completed intake form. This is our target, not a guarantee. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. Packages submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use the content delivered by GetOwnerFlow for the purpose of selling your specific property. You may not resell, distribute, or use the content for any commercial purpose other than marketing your own home.

GetOwnerFlow retains ownership of all templates, processes, software, and methodologies used to create your package.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetOwnerFlow and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of sale proceeds, or any outcome related to the sale or attempted sale of your property.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the package in question.

9. State Law Compliance

Real estate laws vary significantly by state. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. GetOwnerFlow does not provide state-specific legal compliance guidance, and nothing in our materials should be construed as legal compliance advice for your specific state.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
